Is it better to sell an item for $$ or for IGG and sell the IGG in game or better to sell to gold sites? Made about 90$ of IGG but unsure what the best method of offloading is.

It's "safer" to sell it ingame, selling to a 3rd party is an easier way to get banned. You would make more money that way, though.
