Using RMAH on an ex-banned acc

I was wondering if anyone has done this before.
My main was banned awhile back. It had RMAH sales thru paypal. I bought a new key and used on it. So basically killing my previous acc with a fresh cd key. But I'm having problems linking PayPal to my rmah. 20 attempts fail. Even blizzard support said they can't help me with anything that is related with PayPal (like wth?).
 
Do you have credit card attached with your paypal? If there is no credit card Bnet will not accept it, if indeed you have Credit card attached then you are blocked from using RMAH by blizzard.

ive got a debit card attached to it. no problems when i require credit in or out. hmm any idea how to unblock the rmah by blizz?

You have a debit card, that's the problem. they need Credit card not debit.

Sry kupaloids23 but you are wrong. Credit card..debit card..they are all the same considering linking it to paypal trough blizzard's account management system. I've registered my paypal with debit card and it's linked to my blizzard account also. As we all can see there are options choosing primary payment method and they are not just "Credit Card" and "Paypal". I can buy and sell trough my debit card in game. The card type is not the problem.
One question. When you called the support .. did you mention that your account was banned ? There was a topic few weeks ago where banned guy says that after he get banned he still get some money transfered from his RMAH to his paypal. That means your paypal-account connection is still alive even after get banned.
His case might be an exception i don't know..or your case is an exception.
My suggestion is to write a ticked and ask blizzard the same question. If their answer is still the same..you should check how things in black d3 market going on.

Actually yes, when i was banned. I still got rmah transaction. Been ticketing blizzard but they haven't given me a solution. Not sure if contacting paypal would help either. Might just get another key and start fresh for a rmah acc and use my ex-main as a back up for future banwaves =/
