Using Rebornbuddy on different accounts

Am I able to buy one key but use it on a character from one account and another character from a different account as long as it is only being used on one character at a time?
I want to make sure if I resub on another account that it will work.

you can use your key on every acc

you can use your session on every acc/char,if you have 1 session available you can use it on one char/acc at a time
