Using a paypal account that is linked to a banned account

I have and currently am. I never purchased diablo digitally with the paypal account, however. I always use retail boxes as I feel that's safer. I did change my primary email this time, so it looks like a different account, but don't know if it will matter.

I changed the email adress of my paypal account that was attached to a banned account and attached it to my new,

i think im safe but not sure been running 2 week now since banned
