using a monk need help plz

hi i just started playing monk in d3. just would like to no a good build and trinit setting to run it smoothly as mine at mois running very badly .any help appreciated ty

Do a sunwuko + inna's build until you get full rainment set.after that focus on getting the focus and restraint rings and FD weapon or 2 5 stats 1hers. Check diablofans for the top builds and start working on getting the items. While farming just do an exploding palm with wave of light build and farm normal t2 or higher rifts until u get raiment set.

Trinity by fujyiama works better IMO. Gr 51 record. U can find it in regular trinity thread.
