Username and Paswword Not working among other things

Hi Tony, I need some help. After the change to the forums and subscriptions I've noticed I am no longer a "Lifetimer". I figured this was because I need to reactivate or something but I see not email in my buddy.auth account or my forum account (They have different emails).

I need a way to reset my password or get a new buddy.auth because I've tried every possible combination of which passwords I have used. I am aware they are case sensitive. I have my invoice receipt link from when I first bought it. I would really appreciate the help.

I am unable to get the stupid Teamview whatever software to work correctly so I would appreciate some correspondence.

This is keeping me from returning to wow... somewhat sad

What can I do if I do not have the username? Once again, I have the confirmation email sent to my address but no records of my shop username.
