I'm having the exact same problem. Couldn't figure out if my quest overrides were not working or if it was in face UseItem. It just skips over it completely in the profile, no record or anything in the log file. I think I read something in the notes of the last release that they "fixed" useitem so it would now only try to use the item once and if you stopped/restarted HB it wouldn't go back. Looks like their fix might have broken it
