We need more than just one Option, I'd like to use Razzberry if Pokemon IV is above "#" and use Razzberry if Pokemon is Rare.
I want to focus on IV, but I also want Priority Rare Pokemon below the IV rating I set, as they are "Rare" and I don't come across them often.
We need to be-able to have the Two options going at the same time/or options to tweak it ourselves.
