Use an item during a [Grind] profile.

I'm using a little Klovnene's profile (Fray island.xml‎) that's kill pirates to up Steamwheedle cartel reputation but i would like my toon to use an [Battle Standard of Coordination](ID=64399) every times it can, to get the +15% reputation from mobs.

Is there any way to add this fonction to a profile ?

Edit : Ok i found a way to use the flag with a keyspammer. =)

You could also make a PB profile for it.
