US RMAH: One of my auctions from JANUARY 7 is still in "processing"

I have sent over 20 tickets to support regarding this matter ($40 Chantodo Wand) and it is still in limbo. January 7 was the sell date. Unbelievable!

"I've checked into the status of your payments now and it still seems to be set to processing. I realise how frustrating this must be, and honestly, it is for us too.

I don't like being powerless to help one of my players, but that just is the case right now.

I will need to ask you to please refrain from making any other tickets, as Support cannot help you directly, we cannot speed up this process."

Is anyone else having serious issues with US RMAH? I never get e-mails about auction sales anymore, although the stuff does process within 2-3 days except for the case above. I'm getting really sick of this game.

For items: This can happen when the buyer is unable to pay via legit methods to Blizzard.
For gold/gems: There is a bug if you cancel your stack of auction before the stack is fully sold (i.e partially sold)
 
Yea, normal issues. Check my other thread of 1/31 payments.

Blizz is taking much money from ppl dont compare their sales and payments. But you cant do anything....
 
They rob u from money you'v been botting on so hard, basterds !
