I had botted for ~10 hours on this new account when it got banned. Had its own Hardware ID, MAC, and external IP. This look like the profile of a botter to you?

by hand using my main to power lvl it.

can someone tell me how to appeal?

Go to the battle net website, log into your account, press the support drop down at the top right and click your support tickets.
From there click submit at ticket, select diablo 3, type in "banned" in the text box then click continue to ticket creation.

Look at reddit.com/r/diablo there's a few people who got banned claiming to be innocent. Lol
