US Just got hit

I slowed everything down alot the past 7-9 days... Completly shut down a few due to the fact that my main is self sustainable now. May bring it all back up when random dungeons are working right

I am sure Demonbuddy is not detectable. I only have a account botting and i only bot for probably 6 - 8 hrs a day. Recently, i did not bot, because there was some problems with the program, where my monk doesn't hit the mobs. So i just wait for updates to check if it can work. I am not banned from botting. I only bot sarkoth.

I even sold gold when it was USD8 - 16 per mill, i stopped when it drops too low to make a difference.

Has anyone that got banned been running champion farming? Seems like all sarkoth, core, and lvling profiles.

Anyone that does goblins or champion farming been banned in this banwave?
Good question

Demonbuddy is still not detectable.... my accounts are still fine. haven't stopped botting.

Good question

yea, I ran sarkoth for about 2 days when I first got DB, but other than that I have only been running A1 champion packs. No banhammer yet, will just keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best.

Lost 1x gold farmer on Sark, i started moving/gearing toons for Act2 and Act3 MF grinding last week. Those accounts are all fine, surprised my last gold farmer lasted as long as it did really.. I was pretty blatent about it.

I'm filing a chargeback on every single battle.net rmah transaction I've ever done if they do not approve my appeal and unban. It's blizzards loss, not mine. I have no remorse for doing this deed. I'm against corporate greed. :)

I suggest everyone else do the same, they're making us lose money by purchasing more accounts, lets make them lose money by taking our money back.

im not going to buy more copies of D3 never...fuck blizzard...fuck diablo 3...shity game...im only play for the bot, now...going to SC2 and other bs..

Not going through this again. You botted if you cant do the time don't do the crime perfect analogy for this. Scamming hypocrites everyone of you who does this. Corporate greed my ass its your own greed they're protecting something they own and you would do the same thing if you owned the game.

True story.. I got 2 account banned like 10-15 minutes ago, I'm baby sitting the DB & D3, I Got dced and there.. notification error.. 2 account banned... ai adai!!! >.<

Wasn't it greed that got you into botting? I know it was for me..

Must be tough looking in the mirror.

tos/eula isn't law and therefor does not apply to me. I have no remorse for this action I am about to take if they do not unban my account. :)

Grow a brain look up the definition of fraud. You got the product and were given the service until you violated the products User agreement which is legally binding once you AGREE to it. The fact is companys are ALLOWED to attach user agreements to use products and that is something that has held up in court for decades. Once you agreed to the TOS if you violate it they have every right to terminate your account.

You're not protected by the law here no matter what argument you wanna come up with. If you didn't agree to the tos after buying the game you should of attempted to get your money back, but you didn't and we all know you didn't.
The only grounds anyone has is if the user agreement violates state or federal laws in the US or laws in the EU good luck winning that case.

everything looks very calm in EU...i dont like this...but im still here doing sark 24/7(im waiting for ban) :P

yea i lost all 4 of my accounts about an hour ago... oh well fun while it lasted

filing a dispute with paypal is just that--a dispute. paypal will decide whether or not to refund money or not.

i disputed my bnet accouns paid with paypal. besides, you can get a refund within 30 days any way.

btw "legally binding" to who? Blizzard? most of us don't give a shit about blizzard. Botting is not a federal or state law buddy.

2/2 nailed today as well. US servers. +1 to shooting down the chargeback idiots. For those of you who still don't get it, requesting a chargeback via your credit company for something that you intentionally purchased is FRAUD. It is most certainly a crime, despite what your misguided logic is trying to tell you. Just trying to warn people who may feel that there is some ambiguity. If the vendor that sold you the game will not refund your money when you tell them it doesnt work properly, walk away.

not all chargebacks can be constituted as fraud.

fraud is willing INTENT to deceive. that is something you have to prove.
