I've got my account unbanned also. But in my case through...unofficial ways. Let's say just that I know a friend, who knows a friend who has a friend working on Blizzard support that done my account. He also told me NOT to bot the second time, because I can have my account banned again in an instant, is that easy. I wont say more, everybody feel free to understand whatever you like...
