Urgent help Selling account need advice regarding possible paypal dispute

so im about to sell my 3 bots, with gear and what not, $200.

Guy says he'll pay me through paypal, i say just do an e-transfer since its more secure and what not.

he declines to do bank transfer, so i tell him i have it listed on player auctions...

then he tells me "i dont have PA account.. if you worry about dispute thing,i will put the note,"ive got the item,so theres no dispute ,no charge back"

how true is this? what would happen if i go through with this deal?

can i actually still get ripped off?

quick advice would be great, thanks :)

it's a scam don't do it
 
supposing he tries something..can't i just reclaim the accounts since i am the original owner?

He's going to bot on them or whatever he does for 30-60 days and when they get banned he is going to dispute it. If you want to try to tell blizzard you were hacked a month or more ago and maybe have a chance to get it unbanned that is up to you. You will not keep the money though, I can promise you.
 
Ppl buy accs ONLY for botting. Do you think it's a good idea to buy other person's acc (with his registered info, he can retrieve it anytime), especially to play sc? :D
 
You can try Western Union or even Bitcoin if possible. If you do the auction through paypal, you can send him an envelope with the account information with delivery confirmation, or even signature confirmation. If you have solid trackable proof like that paypal will usually side with you and you should be able to keep your funds.

best to use WU (High fees), Bitcoin etc.. using Western Union is used by scammers to commit fraud so you know it's reliable since those people don't get their money back (one-way)

BUT people don't like WU for this reason, even legit buyers... seller would have to prove themselves.
