Upgrade Rares to Legendary

I have tons of materials and figured that now is a good time to use them. I noticed that Demonbuddy would upgrade a few rares that it had gambled to legendaries in the cube after each run. I wanted to find a way to have it just do this with my 20,000 of each material. I looked around the Demonbuddy UI and "Ah-ha!" there is a button right there on the trinity tab "Upgrade rares" but unfortunately it did not work. It could not find any materials that were in my bags and/or stash. I made sure the settings were to cube the right type of item, had the items in my backpack or stash (moved them around multiple times trying to find a spot they would be recognized) but nothing seemed to help. Finally after looking around the forums, I updated trinity and redownloaded Demonbuddy entirely. Still-- same exact problem. Can anyone tell me how I can have it cube these items for me? Here is a picture of what I am experiencing.
Edit: I see in the picture that I do not have any Death's Breath but I do have 5,000+ in my stash. Have moved them into my inventory and it still says the same thing.

I have the same problem here.
I really hope someone can help us with this.
