upgrade one session to a three session.

Tony was a great help to get things started, but i have emailed to the customer support long time ago regarding my request. However, I was never able to get an answer from the customer or billing support. So i am wondering if Bossland still looks through the forum and see my post here.
Or anyone has done such thing before can feel free to throw in your advice as well.
Appreciate all any help i can get here to get things started asap.

Bossland is probably busy with WOW updates and just have wait and see., but i'd love to have it upgrade it soon though because two of my accounts just sit there and doing nothing.
