updater won't log me in

here is my situation.

AB was working fine with my home internet, it was working but now
my internet connection is down for either modem problem or outside cable line problem.

so I used my phone to connect my PC to use internet. I used pdanet software.
I opened updater step 1.connecting to server,2 check available updates went ok then stuck on step 3

is there a way to use AB with phone internet?

as you asked. i downloaded the winmtr.exe and put 81.30.152.15 and pressed start. nothing happens so i thought i must of gotten old version and wasnt working,
so i tried to goto their official web site winmtr.net but i couldnt go into their website. but google and other websites works fine.

Maybe you have problems with your DNS? If you cant access even winmtr off site
