Updater error

Hi,

I'm getting the following error when the updater gets to the unzipping phase:

I have no anti virus running, exilebuddy is ran as administrator, all prerequisites are installed.
This issue is not specific to a specific update, I get it with each. (from the 3.0 release on, didn't use EB before)
After I press "ok" on the error window, the updater cancels and tries to clean up and crashes. (WpfUpdater has stopped working)
I have full NTFS rw rights. (users/administrators/system)

Does anyone have an idea on what this might be?

Based on a google search this a Windows configuration issue, so have a look at this and try the written fix: http://kb.bizagi.com/Knowledgebase/Error-creating-database1-is-not-a-supported-code-page

Thank you for your response.
I've taken a look at the suggestion and it seemed a bit weird to me.
Why would an unzipper crash because my system location is set to Netherlands, (display US english, keyboard US international)
However after a bit of searching I got the line: "input language: settings could not be read" (control panel -> Region -> Administrative -> Copy settings)
This seems like a corruption in my user profile (administrator account doesn't have this error)
For now I've managed to fix it by settings a completely different display/input language, and put it back afterwards.
With a couple reboot in between of course.

Now I'm still not a 100% sure this is directly related to the updater crash I've been having, but I'll let you know after the next EB update.
