Updated DB and now nothing works?

Ok'd the update for Demonbuddy v1.1.2273.404 this afternoon and immediately no profiles are working. is anyone else seeing this issue? Is it clean install time?

solution found, trinity broke upon update. reinstalled trinity and all is good.
