Updated, but tripwire event is active

Apologies if this has been posted elsewhere, but even after updating HB, still shows Tripwire Even Active. List tripwire event i can see is oct 22nd and raph says it was lifted. I understand that HB is closing down, but not until the end of the year. Any ideas?
