I'm really disappointed with the service provided by BossLand.
I am not. I have beat them up at times. But I have also been around long enough to understand good things take time to make.
You know, I manage teams of developers, designer, UX, DBA... About 50 people. I have been doing this job for 15 years. I can understand that a bug fix is long. But I can not understand Bossland's lack of communication with their customers.
I think Bossland despise their customers and that for them only money counts. I do not think they are developing a safe bot for their clients. I think they do it because if he did not do it, tomorrow he would have no more customers.
I had at least 25 licenses for life (wow, D2, hots ...) and they are no longer ... We see that bossland has nothing to do with their client.
Look at the bossland replies on the forum when old customers come back and do not understand why their key has life no longer working ....
In general bossland repond: We sent you an email and if you're not happy, it's the same.
If they had consideration for their customers, they would be like any good company ... that is to adapt its economic model without impacting their existing customers ... It is called respect ...
Have you ever seen the commission that bossland takes on the Store ???
Bossland has no regard for its customers, nor any respect. That's what I think of them.
They take their customers and their partners for milk cows ... And in addition to this entuber, these same clients defend them ...
I think that a lot of customers forget that they are customers because they are bots ... But no matter the product ... A customer is a customer and he is king!

Bossland GmbH is constantly under fire from Blizzard in court - everything Bossland staff ever does or says is used in court against them.
How do you think Blizzard came up with the numbers for the 8million dollar lawsuit in California?
They intentionally refuse to 'say much' because of this legal battle.
Also, they don't want Blizzard knowing their progress or things they've found.
They give us enough information, and that is: "wait a week."

In fact, in most parts of the world it just turned Saturday.

So however its not gonna be steady fro HB we all know that. ıf it goes like that we all know it will collapse soon. But still what done is done and i wont chase after a little money. i don't want it to bring it back just typed there to make devs here understand that people lost their trust on bossland cause of that . But i also bought it for 3 months. But as u know things have changed and now we pay for every month so maybe they can do better upgrades, for example 64 bit. We all know 32 bit makes easier to detect and chase bot users. It isn't going to be supported on HB3 regardless of how much it is discussed.
They are doing things to improve the bot.
There was a massive 1-100 questing rewrite which released not long ago which is infinitely better than the old questing pack.
Now there's talk of the same treatment being gave to Singular - it being upgraded to corotuines to use less CPU, much better rotations and better raid support along with tons of new features and settings.
Progress is being made, and its good progress. But everybody seems to ignore the fact and would rather only ever look at the negatives.
