You don't actually have the right to.(work for a major tech company here) if something is broke, the most you'll ever get is a "yup, its broken... we're working on fixing it."(which you can clearly see for yourself) no expected wait time or status updates. so unless you want Out to come on every time a question is asked and tell you that its still broken, deal with it.



BTW, Out: love everything you do for our community. wish there was a way for me to join your team and help out... sadly I know how to work websites more than applications :P

I do, have the right to bitching ofc, that's the reason CS department exist. And if ab had a cs phone number, people will call to ask. And I think ppl in this forum is bitching politely , we do appreciate the coder's work here, but their team is providing this service for a charge, so.. yea .

Я, как и многие, с понимание отношусь к тем сложностям, которые возникают каждый раз после патча, но все же, мне кажется, фиксы должны быть последовательными. Обновление для eu вышло еще вчера, и хотелось бы после него получить обновление для ru. Ну, как-то так, ничего личного.

Как на Ру, так и на евро перемешали опкоды пакетов. + на ру сами пакеты изменились, т.к. 1.7 апдейт. Ру был на 90% доделан вчера (но не протестирован), но т.к. опять вышло eu обновление - я должен сделать его. В % соотношении на европе играет во много раз больше, чем в РУ, исходя из этого и делаются приоритеты.
 
it seems that AA is updated again. No patch notes even.
 
Lets hope we get an early xmas gift from out and he manages to get it done within a few hours :).
