2. 24-72 hours downtime after huge patches and subsequent hotfixes is really normal. Get off the forums and stop whining. Or would you rather they do an instant release and you get all your accs perma banned?

You realize this is a job for them as well, right? Would you expect to work a full time job, maybe ever close to 60+ hours when new patches come out, and not expect some sort of benefits? If you worked and didn't get holiday time wouldn't you be upset? They're just regular people like you and I. They take the utmost care to make sure Honorbuddy works with as few bugs in a short time as possible while maintaining the security we expect from them. There's a reason they're still around. As for development speed for new patches...they've added many more products to their lineup and have the buddy store as well that people have to work on. Blizzard has also changed the architecture of the game from time to time which will also make it a little more complicated. All I can say is be patient. Just because you're upset and you come to the forums to QQ about it doesn't mean it'll be faster. The release will be out when it's out.
It's obvious that WoW had a hot patch, not even wow can forsee bugs that come from different graphics cards or CPUs, this stuff is expected. Besides the obvious, well wait, no it's still obvious, you are a child complaining that your money isn't well spent, why don't you go give it to someone else? Has nothing to do w potential banning. All the others are up and running already. they all do safety checks and have tripwires etc as well.
Bossland could be waiting for another hotfix that's likely coming if I had to guess as I already found a few bugs like quests not updating unless you leave the zone and come back etc.
