Update status!?

I have read the other posts and such, yes I know the bot is down because of new little sneaky patch Blizz put in. I'm just wanting to know are they aware of it, are they working on it, what's going on. I know they don't give eta's for the updates, but give us something. Last post from any Dev was at 15:18 yesterday, right after .791 came out. Even if it's something simple like "We are working on it, update soon." Anything!!??

and we pay for this....great...take hollidays too devs and let us know when you come back and if you have some time when you come back tell us something...ffs...we are talking about a fcking patch with 75 mgs but its ok...mayby monday we have a release when they come back from theyr sleep and hollidays...our money is in theys pocket soo...nothing to do at least waiting...

Well, for a guy who has been using HB since 2013, it is obvious that the devs are not working as efficiently as they used to back in the days. I don't know if raphus is the only developer HB team has or not, and if he is the only one, then you can't blame him such things take a while especially when it's one dev. Just felt compelled to let that out there, as it is a right to give my opinion about what I paid for.

I have been caught in ban wave twice and i never say it that devs or HB fault...like lots of ppl say it...and now that kid awnser me like that...that i can accepte...raphus choose good the devs to talk for you...
the problem is the money is there now soo now we are useless at the time we need to buy again...then they gonna lissen to us.

LOL? Are you kidding me / us? Most of Bot User have a unlimited key. When you are so an idiot to buy one month, is that your problem not ours. Its done, when its done.

When mini patches hit usually within 24-48 hours HB is up. Content patches usually 24-72 hours. This is coming from a US player. Post content patches include ninja patches and hot fixes for a few days. Relax guys this is normal and should be expected. Go use another less reliable bot if you're in such a hurry.

How am I too childish to understand that, It was 6.2 patch day Wednesday, they Ninja patched it, what do you expect Bossland to do???

They havn't got a time machine to go forward into time to find when Blizzard are going to patch/release/ninja patch their game, expect downtime, I understand people are annoyed at not being able to use the bot, but as i said, there is no point whining about it on the forum, i reiterate what i said earlier, It will be up when it will be up, you can't rush them or can't you push them to get it up and running, it takes however long it takes.

I don't know what planet you are on, and tbh i don't really care, There are Devs, then there are people like me and every other buddy on this forum, I am trying to explain what is happening and all you do is flame and flame and flame away, I am giving you a mature answer again and again, but yet you call me childish, If you cannot understand what I am typing I suggest you go back to school and learn to type/read properly.
