Update HB to allow codes [AttackGrey]False[/AttackGrey]

Title accomplished would be awesomesauce, considering most grind profiles have multiple hostpots for a wide range of levels
Like level 1-10 sub profile with hotspots throughout that area - and your character keeps running to the level 1 hotspots when your level 9.
I dont really know coding technicalities so please tell me if this is impossible and im slightly retarded

well if you character is killing the level 1's at level 9 there is something wrong in ure settings cause u can setup mintargetlevel and maxtargetlevel. wich is usally -2 - +3 if i remember correct
