It might save a little time, if you sent two or three choices for a new user name in the PM.

Is it possible to receive more detailed information? What is taking the time? Is it the detection part or is the game un-hackable like Hots etc?

im pretty damn sure that the game is hackable.
i saw lots of guys using hacks in CN server.
i guess anti-detection is the trickiest part.

Guy Blizzard just filed a lawsuit against Bossland in California, so I would suggest get your refund as soon as possible right now. I dont think he will be able to make anymore hacks for Overwatch.
