For those that havne't heard.. alot of the heirlooms in 4.1 seem to have been changed from Bind on Account to Bind on Battle.net account... The advantages are pretty obvious.... Plus the new heirlooms coming out seem pretty good (no shield yet, but there are rings and legs :)

I wanna hear from you guys .. how will you take advantage of this? Or will you?

I love this because my main account that i get all my valor points is on a different account but the same bnet so id love this, i get the impression though that more and more people have stopped playing the game.

I don't see any changes except "Account" --> "Battle.net account"(it means... nothing)

no shield yet, but there are rings and legs
Prooflink please?

ok.. not going to walk you thru holding your hand.. why don't you read the links.. and you'll find them..

and people wonder why they get banned.. they can't READ whats infront of them and follow instructions.

As for the rest of you that CAN READ... Hope the new features benefit your botting experience. But remember.. play it safe AND smart. This will help those that do it carefully.. but will hurt those that do it recklessly even more so.

All I think it means is if you change realms you keep your BoA's.

you've always been able to transfer BoA's with your toons between realms when you had them in the bags/banks of a toon you transferred.. but this will from what is being said .. allow you to mail in game to different toons on different realms. This was a feature they were planning last year but did not release yet due to the battle.net integration. But now that its done, they can move forward.

Exact quote which pretty much explains it:

Account Bound Items

* Many "Account Bound" heirlooms are now labeled as "Battle.net Account Bound", meaning that they can also be traded or mailed to characters that are on different World of Warcraft accounts under the same Battle.net account.

* Mail sent to characters on the same Battle.net account now arrives instantaneously, as it does for the same World of Warcraft account.

* Mailing account-bound items to characters of the opposite faction on the same Battle.net account will now correctly translate faction-specific items to their appropriate equivalent.
