UPaCCBT: The BehaviourTree Ultimate Paladin Healer Custom Class

Is it just for me this CC refuses to start healing until it goes into combat? Quite annoying to have it run into a group of people and not do anything until it's hit by something. (Talking about bgbuddy, didnt try anything else)

out of combat healing is atm not supported, but it should heal if someone in range (40y) is in combat
 
My 25 man raiding experience.

I'm a new level 85 Holy Paladin. I've healed using Paladins, Druids, and Shamans in the past, so I've very familiar with good healing and such.

My ilevel is 376. The first experience I had was raiding the first 4 bosses. I stayed at 3 on the charts. The two that outhealed my had over 40% of the spells where overhealing (According to recount). While I had less the 12% of mine.

My next experience with 25 man, was the last 4 bosses. I was 4th out of six. But the three that where ahead of me had 46%, 41%, and 35% overhealing, while I had 21% overhealing.

It seems to do decent at healing in 25 man rains (Atleast lfr). The speed it processes is probably vastly improved by the fact that I have an i7 processor and can handle 22k calculations a second :P

After the rewrite of the core so it can calculate faster (And maybe more intelligently?), the focus should be on specific DS fight handling. So we save CD's for certain points (I dont want to burn a oh shit button when someone gets hit by the ball. I do want to use it when someone is about to die in aoe phase, as thats when they are likely to die).

Overall, I am very happy with this bot. It makes LFG a breeze. I can just sit and watch doctor who while I wait <3.

I'm still looking to try it in PVP, as everyone says it shines there, just unsure of who would be a good combo with me.

Im new to this. Where do I save this CC, because when I start the bot it joins a random battle ground like it should and goes from base to base getting flags, but it does not heal. Im a healadin. This is what it says "Could not find a routine fitting for your class. Please make sure you have a proper combat class routine in your folder, and restart Honorbuddy."

Make sure that you put the cc folder into the custom classes folder in the honorbuddy directory.

Ill tell you what im doing. Im clicking on UltimatePalaHealerBT R220.zip (307.8 KB, 3988 views), it asks me to open or save. I press save as, go to documents, go to my HB folder, clicking the CustomClass folder and saving it in that folder. The other folders in the CustomClass folder are ShamWOW and Singular. Before I start the Bot, I make sure its qued for EOTS. What do I do with "Load Profile"?
 
Sounds like you are in the right place. Perhaps try updating to the most recent version. I think it is 253. Maybe that will help.

BUT u have to extract this zip (u've only saved the zip to the customclass folder, u haven't extract it)

Save t to CustomClasses

When you start up honorbuddy, click on Class, and select this one, and then click save and you can start.
 
does it work good for you in bgs?

The healing itself is outstanding. Better than any other custom class for healing. I've checked on it and seen it do 4 million+ in heals in BGs before. The only issues I've come across are more concerned with BGBuddy rather than the CC.


Edit: The last BG I just did was EotS, 23 minutes. My pally did 4.3 million in heals and was the #1 in heals from either team (second was alliance pally with 3 mil). Overall this CC is very good at healing.

Hi, which plugin do you use to heal in random dungeons ? InstanceBuddy does only support one dungeon if I don't miss anything ?
How do you make your paladin follow the tank? Thanks in advance :)

this is not CC related, but there'S no way atm !
U can use Lazyraider, this would follow the tank but it will never run away from aoe effects or do other boss-related stuff

Question to the users of this CC - what have you changed to top the charts of Raids and BG's, if anything?

It seems to heal really... late, by default for me it almost waits 'til people are on the edge of death before bothering to heal, then just mass heals it up. I want a bit more overhealing.. and just a bit quicker healing. So I am wondering what those of you having great success with this are changing. On the Raid tab, I tried turning up the % for the heals and overheal protection a bit... but didn't make too much of a change, I still seem to come 4th,5th in LFR's although my gear should put me higher. Same with BG's, is there anything I should be changing to make it heal quicker/faster? I have tried using both Intelly and Speed but no huge changes I noticed...

Thanks a ton to anyone who provides info/setup on this, it really will be greatly appreciated.
 
If you are in Orr with this it really doesn't do all that well. That is part of the reason why storm is rewriting it. As for BG healing you don't have to change much for it to heal really well. All I do is turn on lazy raider and go. It works really well.

Atm i'm testing the rewrite for Paladins (finished the complete (95%) rewrite, added logic for Battleground, Instance, GroupHealing, no support for Selective Healing, replaced nearly every code with Singularroutines)
I've found a bug with LoD and WoG which i hope to fix today (else the code will be removed for now and replaced by a much easier not so efficient check)
If this is done, i hope i could add the Dispelling today (should be done within 10 minutes of codewriting)
So i'm very confident that there will be a new working Version out, before MoP starts^^
Retribution-Code is completely removed, since the rewrite is ONLY for healing.
There will be some DPS-Parts (CrusStrike,Consecration,Judgement,Hammer) which can be completely disabled.
Movement is completely removed in most cases (only if we are out of range to heal we can move into range), Mounting is removed (this should be part of HB)
All settings take effect at the moment (so disabling spells from use is done by setting their value to 0), only some Problems with rebuilding the behaviors occured within the last testings but this should be fixed by stopping / starting HB for now (this seems to be a bug in HB or SingularCore)
