unmerge a key

Hello,

A friend of mine managed to unmerge his upgraded keys, i wanted to know if it still possible?

He bought his key (1 session) during mop and upgraded it (3session) few days before the change of june 2016 and the support was able to split the keys into 2 session that last until may 2018.

So my question is does it still possible or did i loose 2 keys and 35e?

Email: [email protected] if a lifetime key still has time on it they can unmerge it for you so you can utilize the remaining time.

well it run out of time when they did the last annoucement, who said that there is no longer life time keys, and since the 3 session are on the same key, all dropped when 2 still had time does it count?
