Unlocking quests

Anyone know how to unlock quests permanently without actually doing them? I just finished gearing out a new farmer and would like to see how it'll do in Act 3, difficult though when I can't start any of the quests xP

Follow through the quests, and complete them to the end of the chapter(?). That usually unlocks them for me.

There isn't a way to unlock them without doing the quest. You can have someone else, or an alt account, allow you to join their game, but that will not unlock it for you. You have to complete some of the quests, in order to get it unlocked.

If you team up with someone who has completed the quests in that area, you can join them while they are there, and then have access to that area, but you can't jump between Acts without first killing Diablo in the previous Act, thus completing the act.

I can't quite remember, but you may have to complete the section, the quest in the area, in order for that section to be permanently available for you to access at any time.

I've already completed previous difficulties. My issue is, I'd like to farm act 3, yet I have quests 1,3,4,5,6, and 7 unlocked, so I still need 2
