How to use/setup UnknownBuddy
1) Close PUBG
2) Make sure Windows Defender is off
3) Start UnknownBuddy
4) Enter License
5) Press Start
6) Wait until window closes. And then wait 2 more minutes.
7) Start PUBG in window mode (or maximized window mode) and you see Ingame UI of Unknown Buddy
Please note you MUST use the launcher to run the program and no other files should be used. Another bit of helpful information is that you should have unknownbuddy saved in a folder and that folder should be sitting somewhere other than your desktop directly. If that does not work, please let us know the following information in #support on discord :
- Operating System?
- What Antivirus software do you have installed?
- Have you tried with disabling your Antivirus software?
- Does it show an error message or what exactly happens after license authentication?

Purchasing
If you have not received your key within 2-4hrs of purchasing it, please EMAIL SUPPORT. We cannot provide support for payment related things through Discord. Ever. [email protected] We can't handle any payment-related issues through Discord for legal reasons. If you didn't receive your key within a couple minutes (usually ~5-10min, if even that long) then it's possible your transaction got flagged as possibly fraudulent by our payment provider. If your PayPal/Credit Card/whatever is tied to a different country than where you currently are (or you're proxied through), that's usually a red flag, for obvious reasons. Or if your PP/CC/etc got flagged for other purchases through our payment provider, it may get flagged again. In general, wait ~2-4hrs before sending an email.





Failed to Start Hack Error

This is generally caused by "whitespacing" in the file names. To fix this please change the file name to not have white space like the demo paths below:
C:\Users\eggy\Desktop\UnknownBuddy 1.0.0.6
^ with whitespace

^ no whitespace

Ok guys I see your team is working really hard I have to give major credit. I know it is not easy to handle all of these issues on release day. 1.0.0.7 was updated already to 1.0.0.10. I ran fine for hours on 1.0.0.7 then 1.0.0.10 wouldn't run.

The GUI CRASHES after about 3 or 4 minutes in game then I lose all features MID GAME and have to HIT F1 AGAIN AND AGAIN throughout the game....

Can you guys look into this mid game crash?

ANYONE ELSE having this issue??
