having released it prematurely and knowing that something was wrong was a very poor decision. Clearly lacking respect for their customers. When PF was down and well all bots were down, HatchingEgg was one of the people working on a fix. They all knew very well that it was not ready and was a prototype that still needed some work. It worked fine for most tools with some tweaking but a lot was still left in order to make bots safe. Seems that the team didn't care much since knowing all that, they rushed to get PF up and running again not safe but just functional pretty much guaranteeing the ban of their customers. All we want is for an official response on the matter.
