Heads up guys. I was having the same problem. left AB running while I went to work today and came back to find AA closed. Tried several times to reset AB to no avail, still got the Unknown HS error. After trying one last time I attempted to restart my computer and LO AND BEHOLD AB started working again. Seems to be running fine for now but only time will tell.
