why am i getting "Unknown Glyph version." error? when i tried to start an account using account manager?

i did tried to launch glyph to check if any update before starting AB.

my problem solved due to proxy dead. made a restart for my proxy server and everything's fine. Big thanks to Out.


though i would suggest that the error message being prompted in clearer form. unknown glyph version vs proxy not working....i cant relate
