Underwater Node Profile Issue

I'm working on a profile at the moment and I'm having an issue with Honorbuddy blacklisting nodes that are classified as "underwater" when in reality the water is so little you just walk through it but it starts to ignore the node nonetheless and that slows down the amount of herbs that I'm farming. Is there any way to force honorbuddy to farm underwater nodes? I don't see anything that could do this inside the wiki.

Any help would be appreciated. :)
 
This needs to be fixed then since fools cap is mainly in shallow water.
 
I posted this in another post as well. The nodes are just barely underwater, in the log below its 0.04 yrds underwater. Is there a way to adjust the blacklisting of underwater nodes to say 'Z<-2' as opposed to 'Z<0'.

Any update on the ability to change the blacklist of underwater nodes from 'Z<0' to something slightly greater like 'Z<-2' for those nodes in knee-high water?

Can you make a list of nodes like that? Say about 10 of them? I'll get it fixed.
