Understanding questing/flightpaths with HB and a particular behavior

Hi,

I have had a look around the forums, I am sure i came across a thread quite some time ago, and am wondering why, during questing (but not only) the bot will dismount on pickup/delivering a quest(s), take or learn a flight path, etc?

Just looking for confirmation if it is a limitation, a bug, a feature that can be disabled (where), etc.

I apologize in advanced if this has been asked before and thanks in advanced for any light shed on this.

it always dismounts, theres no setting to change that.
