Unbearable lag when low HP or Mana using singularity

I should have uploaded the log now.

It's only when very low on health or mana it starts mega lag.

Are you certain this is the right log?
We found a couple of times where it spiked down to 26 FPS, and one spike to 24 FPS. But these look like isolated incidents. Other than those three instances, the log does not show any problem that can be classified as an FPS issue.

Does the problem happen with LazyRaider (vs. Enyo)?

The end of the log shows the WoWclient exiting. If this is an abnormal exit, you've probably got an interfering program. If so, these articles will walk you through the usual suspects:

First of all i didnt expect y'all to respond to fast and two awesome moderators did! Man im honored!.

I havn't tried with LazyRaider, i can try.

But this "unbearable" lag also happens when doing PVE on my monk tank back in BRF

I havn't tried it with Lazyraider, but i have tried it with BGbuddy and it still does it.

use dx9 instead and set wow process on a higher than normal priority

also checked already Cj's suggestions above?
