Unbanned through Livechat - APPEAL NOW!!

I have banned 1 Accounts. From this account send to the Main over 2K gold and it was not banned :). In the future i will by apex and trade with my Main.
 
I also just got my account unbanned. Luckily I was not botting during the ban wave I've only been using ab to mutlibox accounts. I norm just have alts with packs standing on the back of my farmcart. before I queued up I spoke with xmandeh on skype, I was hesitant at first because he asked for $80. However the method worked and my account is now unbanned, so it was deffo worth the price tag as I had the $150 founders account.

Anyway, I queued up for live support, took around 4hours to get a reply. As I was not botting, they let me off with a warning. They told me they will continue to monitor my account and if anything else flags up, its a perma ban.

So ye ab is super detectable, be very careful untill they fix/patch it.

What ban reason they say to you?
ArcheBuddy user? Non-Glyph hacker?
 
they said 3rd party hacking tool so i guess it means ab user, but could also mean non-glyph hacker?

3rd party could mean anything. Any soft that comunicate with AA

So he told you what kind of bullshit to tell them to get unbanned? I might not mind the 80$ but I would not want to pay that and not be unbanned.

So you admit to them you were using a third-party software?

This looks like a scam to me as i tried the same and they told me to write to appeals@

Edit : ah..ok you are registered in this forum for 1 day.. scam scam scam... i really hope noone is so stupid to pay you

I paid to be a patron on my new account. Now I'll go sit in the queue to try and get my main unbanned. I still have no clue what I'll say :S
 
Fuck Trion ... Lets BOT them asses real deep .... They just care about their money ... A friend of mine contacted them by Live Chat ... He waited 4 hours for them to say that that matter cant be discussed in chat. ...
 
any1 can pm me if they already answer any appel? still waiting to this to determine if i'll keep playing or go have fun in another game
 
As far as I can tell from monitoring this forum, AA forum and AA reddit - Nobody has received an answer to their appeal as of yet.

Lot's of innocent accounts banned also. Trion to lose customers !
 
been able to contact live chat trough a friend account, gm replied he can't help nor lift the ban, i have to contact appeal support and resolve the thing with them.
 
yes,let everyone know botters got unbanned and tell everyone how..
its not like legit players or trion staff read anything these days to then unleash hell in the forums for a start and next time you arent that lucky...

I agree, but buddystaff would never do that. its free publicity and definitely some $$$.
 
The thing is, that you can't even do chargebacks that easily, if you payed via paypal, then you can only dispute.
 
Scott Hartsman is a snake. A slimy piece of garbage IMO. He doesn't care there are innocent people banned. He just cares he can make tweets that get him some notarity and popularity points.

I'm not saying I was innoncent. But I know a few people personally that were and it's seems unfair.

All the same, I hope live chat does work.
