It has come to my attention that my account has been closed for reasons of which I am unaware of, It is clear that a terrible mistake has been made as I do not know why I have received a ban... I therefore understand that with the increase in bot preventive measures of which I am a supporter (from official blue posts on mmo-champion) can bring false positives along with them and I believe I have been caught up in this, I understand that I have spend a long amount of time in certain areas and this can be contributed by the fact that I have recently lost my job and I can confirm that I have been spending a lot more time in the game because of this very reason and may likely be the reason for the ban.
Please understand that I am a great supporter of this game and wish to continue playing, I believe that a second look at my account will reveal that the ban was unjustified and should be repealed.

I have recently received an email stating that I am now banned from the game, as I was unable to gain access for a period of time and viewed the message which said that I was indeed banned from the game... I strongly believe that a mistake been made and that the ban should be withdrawn from my account so that I can continue playing this amazing game as well as more information as to why I was banned as I am unable to understand the reason for the ban in which may have attributed to the restrictions imposted on my account.

For quite sometime I have been unable to access my account and that when I do gain access when logging into Diablo 3 that I sometimes find I am in different areas of the game in which I have not had access to previously... I also see that I have an increased gold amount and a plentiful amount of new items, I believe that someone may have unauthorized access to my account as I do not have anti-virus software on my computer as I before when I used Norton Software my computer slowed down considerably and had to uninstall the software which resolved the issue.
I have spoken to some people on the forums and they have told me that I most likely have a keylogger and that someone has indeed been accessing account, please understand that I have taken steps to now ensure that anti-virus software is now running on my computer after asking for recommendations on the forums I had been told to use AVG which I believe should pick up any viruses on my system.
As I am still able to access my account, please can you reset my password to my account as I still have access to my email account (also have reset password to email account using my phone number) as I understand now that this was the reason for the ban.
