I didn't ban him, but, there's a few reasons for it;
1) It would have been pretty easy to include a keylogger, trojan, virus, etc and steal all your info. You probably would have no idea if this happened unless you personally check CRC's and such.
2) Redistributing Demonbuddy.exe in Germany is against the law
3) Because of #2 it puts Bossland GmbH at risk - if you want to continue botting, you will follow the rules and not distribute Demonbuddy where it's against the law

I also agree that it was a bit harsh since he was actually contributing something which was also very popular, but ignorance does not grant immunity.
Ease up - they have stated he is getting unbanned.Bush league move. Guy is a huge help to the development of multiple projects. Unban.
