Unable to use HB

The title basically says what the problem is. Here're the details of the issue:

• Selected to try the trial version of Buddy Store from BuddyStore
• Closed WoW and HB
• Used the launcher to open WoW and HB
• HB accepted my key
• HB stopped loading

Here's what I've done to troubleshoot:

• Disabled all WoW addons
• Confirmed HB sessions are closed before launching
• Loading a fresh copy of HB
• Verified current version of HB matches what I'm using
• Cleared cache per Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:Cache corruption problems - The Buddy Wiki

I've attached a screenshot of the game and HB and the log file from that attempt to open HB. This is from a fresh copy of the program.
