UNable to stream purcahse from buddy store (trial garrison boss)

Morning,

Got the trial for Garrisonboss last night however when I run HB it has not listed the botbase.

I have attempted the following in order to get it to work

1) Fresh install of HB
2) clearing the cache as per http://wiki.thebuddyforum.com/index.php?title=Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:Cache_corruption_problems
3) disabling and re-enabling the stream of purchase from buddystore (recommended to ensure streaming in enabled so thought that may help)

In the logs it simply doesn't show up so i'm not sure if that's relevant.

I solved this issue by switching my default location from "southeast asia" to "north america".

I think there is an issue with the southeast asia server or somehow.
