Unable to retrieve Player data...Please help

I play the game in german so the error shouldnt be exact this in english but it must be something like "Unable to retrieve player data.". Could this be a ban because my other Account works fine.

Happened to two of my accounts. The current consensus for this error is that it is a permanent ban.
