Unable to restart HB without full WoW shutdown

It used to be I could just quit HB, logout of one toon and login to a different toon, then restart HB.
Recently, HB won't start in that situation. I am forced to completely exit WoW and restart using the HB launcher in order for HB to initialize.
Same thing happens if I exit and try to restart HB on the SAME toon.
See log below for example... after fresh install of latest HB.

make sure your not running any applications that can interfere with wow and honorbuddy.

ElvUI is the only application from the link you provided that I am running. But I've been running it for 2 years without incident. This just started a week ago.

Also... if I disable all addons, I have the same problem.

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
