Unable to Re-install new version of HB

I have posted this elsewhere but I guess this is more relevant here. I have deleted the old honor buddy, but is getting the below log when trying to install off the new installer -

dont use the installer.

Download the latest version of honorbuddy.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.
