I've just bought a new honorbuddy key with an unused email address and yet I cannot buy on the buddystore - failed purchases using multiple payment methods. It seems my account has been somehow blacklisted even though this is brand new. I know my father had an issue with a paypal hack - paypal the cancelled his recent purchases which included some honorbuddy keys - this flagged his honorbuddy keys as fraudulent; even though he then purchased brand new ones and bought from the buddystore following this, he has recently been told his whol HB account is blocked from making new buddystore purchases and support won't reply to his request to remedy matters. Has this effected my account too? If indeed this is the case, how do I get a refund on honorbuddy and how do I avoid such an occurrence in the future?
