Unable to open rifts..and more

Bot is unable to use rift keystones to open rifts and is unable to locate book of cain in act 1. I noticed others reporting the bot was able to open rifts. I have done the updates so not sure what's going down. Im just putting this out there to make sure its addressed. Also after 1 year have not resolved the auto join thing for friends... just saying

I switched to Rrix rifting profile and it works fine. Crisis Averted....Thanks anyway
