unable to obtain information from the archebuddy server

i try to log in with archebuddy but after character selection i get the mesage unable to obtain information from the archebuddy server. and then the clients close

omg again today. i load 5 chars in 2 hours and i try to log 1, 4 hours now. how i can fix it?

same problem. fails when connecting to update server ...step 2

I`m collect info about this issue now, hope to fix it soon. Can you please confirm, that this issue happens when you manually select server&character, or only when server or/and character selected via AB itself.

it happens with ab even manual or automatic. it happens only after select character and try to log to the world, it goes the screen black and then it doesnt go to loading screen but it stays for a while black, you get at the log the mesage and after some seconds client terminated! also another problem, some times log the character but at the manager you see it without life and cant use plugins need to close and start again the account.
