unable to log on all bots

Hello, for 2 days I'm unable to log on all my bots. someone please check my licences.
I''m receiving you already used max sessions... even if I'm only using half of them
I checked http://www.buddyauth.com/ .
Gatherbuddy Sessions: 0/0*
Honorbuddy Sessions: 5/5*
Buddy Sessions: 5/5
Shared (Lifetime) Sessions: 4/9
I have 3 gb Lifetime and 1 (x5)HB. but I can use only 5 hb and 4 Gb, why is that?

There is a new option on our auth portal
Its called kill my sessions
Log and use it

as I said, I checked out that site and I posted what I could see there. . This morning I was able to use 6 gb and 5 hb. now I can't get passed 5 gb and 5 hb.... why ?

on gb I';m getting this message , Shared Sessions: 9/9
You have used all of your Gatherbuddy sessions!. only using 5 gb. why gb detects 9? on buddy auth I can only see 4 sessions even if I have 5 on right now.


I tried to open again 1 gb after closing down all of my hb. it worked. and after that I opened 5 hb as well.
but still this will be very annoying, if I have to close my hb to start a new gb...

how many seessions you can see in use on " My sessions" tab?

4 gb and 5 hb in my session., and on home Gatherbuddy Sessions: 0/0*

Shared (Lifetime) Sessions: 4/9 .
but I'm running currently 6 gb and 5 hb. The only way for me to add 1 new gb is to close 1 hb and reopen it after(hb).

open a new thread on payments section including your invoices(id)
and a description of the problem

Moving my hb raf to another account should fix my problem. I think this error started with the new hb/gb . gb 1.7. 6.3 and hb 2.0.0.4219 I think (2 versions back the current on forum )
