Unable to log into HB - Max Sessions

I was running HB fine, had to reboot my PC and upon logging back in game, and then opening HB I get a "Max Sessions" error and cannot start HB.

I think it may be because I did a re-install of HB when I first got the error, and now I can't update HB because of the Max Sessions error.

Did u try reset sessions at Portal BuddyAuth ?

it has nothing to do with reinstalling
kill you current session at buddy auth

using the same email u used in checkout page and next time that you will get that msg
log in and kill the session in use
